1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the baji8 platform and its users. When you visit this website, create an account, or use any service, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below.

baji8 is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. In these terms, "we", "baji8", or "platform" refers to this service; "you" or "user" refers to any visitor — registered or unregistered — on the site.

These terms are provided in the user's language, but they do not replace legal advice. In the event of any ambiguity, baji8's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account on baji8 and use the betting or casino services, users must meet the following conditions:

  • The user must be 21 years of age or older.
  • The user must be using the service voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
  • Using this service from any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited is strictly not allowed.
  • Information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate and genuine; opening an account under a false identity is a breach of these terms.
  • One person may operate a maximum of one account.

We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time. Some account features may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use services on baji8, creating a personal account is required. During registration, you will need to provide your correct name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. If you share your account details with any third party or allow someone else to use your account, you will bear full responsibility for that.

  • Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
  • Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to us immediately.
  • We may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently accepted on baji8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • The correct reference number must be mentioned when making a deposit.
  • Payments made in a third party's name or deposits using borrowed funds are not allowed.
  • For failed or incomplete transactions, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).

baji8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity or a breach of rules is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on baji8 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳25,000 worth of bets must be completed before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or abusing bonuses in any way is subject to penalties.
  • baji8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Bonus account balance is kept separately; the cash balance is used first.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products are available on baji8. Before each bet is confirmed, the user is given the opportunity to verify the amount and market.

6.2 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

  • baji8 reserves the right to cancel a bet due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed for a specific reason, the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • A bet that has already been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.3 Technical Issues

baji8 will not be held responsible for any disruption to a betting session caused by an internet disconnection or device issue. In such situations, please contact the support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji8 and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or strategically exploit the gaming system.
  • Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
  • Using bots, automated software, or third-party scripts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Abusing bonuses through coordinated betting groups or syndicates.
  • Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other users.
  • Attempting to intrude into or hack the site's software or security systems.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, baji8 may cancel the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by baji8

baji8 may temporarily suspend an account in any of the following situations:

  • Until the identity verification process is completed.
  • During an investigation into unusual or suspicious transactions.
  • While investigating a breach of these terms and conditions.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

8.3 Permanent Closure

In the case of prohibited activities mentioned in Section 7, baji8 reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

baji8 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. This platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your data and financial transactions secure.

  • Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
  • Documents collected for identity verification are stored securely.
  • Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability

baji8 operates as an entertainment platform. Our liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Losses caused by technical outages, server issues, or internet disconnection.
  • Financial losses resulting from a user's negligence or deliberate breach of rules.
  • Delays by third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
  • Service interruptions due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

Gambling carries financial risk. You acknowledge that you are using this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.

11. Responsible Gaming Policy

baji8 believes in responsible gaming. We want every one of our users to play for entertainment purposes, safely and in a controlled manner.

  • You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits.
  • If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, there is the option to voluntarily suspend or permanently close your account.
